Nika Bolkvadze is a qualified lawyer and human rights advocate with extensive experience in constitutional and administrative law, legal drafting, and representation in court. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, graduating with honors.
Nika has worked with the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), where he provided legal assistance, represented clients in administrative and court proceedings, and contributed to legal research, policy analysis, and legislative recommendations. His professional focus includes freedom of expression, access to information, and compliance matters.
He is a member of the Georgian Bar Association and an alumnus of the Tbilisi School of Political Studies under the Council of Europe.
